Purpose:To observe the endothelial injury,endothelial hyperplasia,and the smooth muscle cell proliferation of rabbits\' abdominal aorta after injured by sacculus proprius,under the influence of Xinshu injection,a kind of Chinese herbal medicine,which has effect of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin;promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction.

目的:观察具有益气养阴、活血通络功效的中药欣舒注射液对兔腹主动脉球囊损伤术后内皮损伤、内膜增生、平滑肌细胞增殖的影响,探讨中药欣舒注射液防治PCI术后再狭窄的机制。
