METHODS: 60 HBsAg serum plates for clinical scientific research from the Clinical Testing Center of the National Ministry of Health and 200 sets of serum from blood donors in Xi an were used as samples for the evaluation.

方法 :以卫生部临床检验中心HBsAg临床科研血清盘样本 6 0份及随机抽取 2 0 0份西安市无偿献血者血清为评价样本 ;用国产试剂条法、国产ELISA试剂及进口ELISA试剂对评价样本作盲法筛检 ;以卫生部临床检验中心血清盘及献血者HBsAg阳性并经中和试验证实者为金标准 ,用四格表法计算评价真实性及可靠性指标 ,并对ELISA法cut off值的合理性进行评价 。
