Objective: To compare the stability of the lower thoracic spine in different facetectomy states through biomechanical measurement in the cadaver spine processed by transarticularis approach discectomy, sequentially, providing biomechanical evidence for the clinical application of transarticularis approach discectomy.
目的:通过对尸体下胸椎经关节突入路胸椎间盘摘除后不同工况下的生物力学测定,比较不同程度关节突关节切除状态胸椎间盘摘除对下胸椎稳定性的影响,从而为临床经关节突入路治疗胸椎间盘突出提供生物力学实验依据。
