根据大型两轴跟踪测量系统的使用要求,研制了机电式700°转动范围的旋转轴用限位机构,经理论分析和试验验证,该机构工作可靠,很好地解决了旋转轴回转零点的第一次通过和第二次限位问题,机构可适时为设备主控系统提供旋转轴当前位置和到位信息,结构设计巧妙、紧凑,完全可以满足大型高精度光学仪器的使用要求。
