A soft-measurement model based on functional neural network is proposed in order to solve the non-linear problem in load moment detection of tower crane,which resolves the functional problem between load moment and moment limiter s displacement and supports a new method for On-line Monitoring load moment of tower crane.
针对塔机起重力矩检测中的非线性问题,采用函数型连接神经网络建立软测量模型,解决了起重力矩与力矩限制器弓板位移量之间的函数关系问题,为塔机起重力矩在线监测提供了新方法,可低成本实现起重力矩的实时显示,增强了塔机操作安全性。
