Based on an analysis of the use of the state-owned allocated land,this paper explains the concept of the allocated land as well as the obtaining,renting,mortgage and value of the land,and argues that the use right of the allocated land is essentially a right of property,along with some proposals for the reform of use right of the state-owned allocated land of China.
