Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of N-(1,3,4-Oxadiazol-2-yl)-N′4-bromo-phenoxyacetylthioureas;
N-1,3,4-噁二唑基-N′-对溴苯氧乙酰基硫脲的合成及其抑菌活性
Twenty-one new (un)substituted benzoylureas and (un)substituted phenoxyacetylureas have been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole with (un)substituted benzoyl isocy-anates and (un)substituted phenoxyacetyl isocyanates, respectively, and their structures were confirmed by IR,1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
通过2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与取代苯甲酰基异氰酸酯及取代苯氧乙酰基异氰酸酯反应,合成了21种新的取代苯甲酰基脲与取代苯氧乙酰基脲,其结构用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析进行了确证,初步的生物活性测定试验表明,部分目标化合物具有良好的植物生长调节活性。
